On the 18th of April, 2007, Beijing Tongzhou Investment Promotion Bureau participated in “the 3rd TopCapital Summit for Asia-Pacific” performed in the Empark Grand Hotel in Beijing. This summit was organized by “Dialogue” of CCTV2, “Capital” magazine and the CSPGP. The series of TopCapital Summit for Asia-Pacific is one of the national great meeting activities in the field of venture capital investment. Many panelists from different industries including officers of government, economists, investors, lawyers, accountants and successful entrepreneurs were coming to have a conversation on the hot topic of the Capital markets in China 2007.

On the meeting, the Director of Intel Capital in China, Executive Director of Alcatel Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd., Executive Director of Legend Capital and Partner of Long An (Shanghai) Law Firm as well as the other panelists discussed about several topics, including creating the Venture Capital Mode with Chinese characteristics, facing the call from global mainstream stock exchanges rationally, and the fund coordinates under the Chinese enterprise zoology. Through the discussion between investors and enterprises, from the investor view point, we knew the factors necessary for enterprises financing. In the meantime, we also meet many successful people from the capital markets.

Through this meeting, we felt charm of the investors and realized the opportunities of capital markets between investment and cooperation. It is a useful reference for accelerating Tongzhou investment and development, and to serve for Tongzhou enterprises.
